天のお父様（在天の父なる神様）

私は今、困難の中にいます。

​

このとき必要な勇気を、どうかお与えください。

​

つらく不快なことにも、文句を言わずに耐え、
不平を言わずに、痛みをこらえる勇気をお与えください。

​

不安の中にあっても、希望を持ち続け、
長引く病（やまい）にも耐えることができますように。

​

また状況が見通せないときにも、最善の時を備えて下さるあなたに信頼する勇気をお与えください。

​

最後まで耐え忍び、やり通す者こそが救いを得るのだということを、いつも忘れることがありませんように。

​

最後まで耐え忍ぶ者は救われる

（マタイ 24：13）

この主の御言葉を私の心に深く刻（きざ）んでください。

主イエス・キリストの御名（みな）によって祈ります。

Heavenly Father (God the Father in Heaven)

​

I'm in difficulties right now.

Please give me the courage I need at this time.

​

Endure painful and unpleasant things without complaining,
Give me the courage to hold back the pain without complaining.

​

Even in anxiety, may I keep hope, 
And may I be able to withstand a prolonged illness.

​

Also, give me the courage to trust in your preparing for the best of times, even when the situation is uncertain.

​

Always remember that only those who endure to the end and pass through will get salvation.

​

Please engrave the word of the Lord deep in my heart.

"The one who endures to the end will be saved"

(Matthew 24:13)
