9．悲しみで心がふさぐ時

When your heart is filled with sadness
①マタイ 5：4
悲しむ人々は、幸いである、

 その人たちは慰められる。

​

Matthew 5.4
“Blessed are those who mourn,

for they will be comforted.

​

②ローマ 8：26～28
〔御〕霊もまた同じように、弱い私たちを助けてくださいます。私たちはどう祈るべきかを知りませんが、〔御〕霊自らが、言葉に表せない呻きをもって執り成してくださるからです。

 

人の心を見極める方は、〔御〕霊の思いが何であるかを知っておられます。〔御〕霊は、神の御心に従って聖なる者のために執り成してくださるからです。

 

神を愛する者たち、つまり、ご計画に従って召された者のためには、万事が共に働いて益となるということを、私たちは知っています。

​

Romans 8.26-28

Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but that very Spirit intercedes with sighs too deep for words.

 

And God, who searches the heart, knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.

③Ⅱコリント 1：3～4
私たちの主イエス・キリストの父なる神、慈しみ深い父、慰めに満ちた神がほめたたえられますように。

 

神は、どのような苦難のときにも、私たちを慰めてくださるので、私たちも神からいただくこの慰めによって、あらゆる苦難の中にある人々を慰めることができます。

2 Corinthians 1.3-4

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all consolation, who consoles us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to console those who are in any affliction with the consolation with which we ourselves are consoled by God.

10．失敗や心が責められる時

When failure or heart is blamed
①ローマ 8：31～39
では、これらのことについて何と言うべきでしょう。

 

神が味方なら、誰が私たちに敵対できますか。 私たちすべてのために、その御子をさえ惜しまず死に渡された方は、御子と一緒にすべてのものを私たちに賜らないことがあるでしょうか。

 

誰が神に選ばれた者たちを訴えるでしょう。人を義としてくださるのは神なのです。誰が〔私たちを〕罪に定めることができましょう。死んだ方、否（いな）、むしろ、復活させられた方であるキリスト・イエスが、神の右におられ、私たちのために執（と）り成してくださるのです。

 

誰が、キリストの愛から私たちを引き離すことができましょう。艱難か、行き詰まりか、迫害か、飢えか、裸か、危険か、剣か。
「私たちはあなたのゆえに、日夜、死にさらされ、 屠（ほふ）られる羊と見なされています」 と書いてあるとおりです。

 

しかし、これらすべてのことにおいて、私たちは、私たちを愛してくださる方によって勝って余りあります。

 

私は確信しています。

死も命も、天使も支配者も、現在のものも将来のものも、力あるものも、 高いものも深いものも、他のどんな被造物も、私たちの主キリスト・イエスにある神の愛から私たちを引き離すことはできないのです。

Romans 8.31-39

What then are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

 

He who did not withhold his own Son, but gave him up for all of us, will he not with him also give us everything else?

 

Who will bring any charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. Who is to condemn? It is Christ Jesus, who died, yes, who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who indeed intercedes for us.

 

Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will hardship, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written,

 “For your sake we are being

     killed all day long;

  we are accounted as sheep to be slaughtered.”

​

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

 

For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

②Ⅰヨハネ 1：4～9
私たちがこれらのことを書くのは、私たちの喜びが満ち溢れるようになるためです。

 

私たちがイエスから聞いて、あなたがたに伝える知らせとは、神は光であり、神には闇が全くないということです。

 

神との交わりを持っていると言いながら、闇の中を歩むなら、私たちは偽りを述べているのであり、真理を行ってはいません。

 

しかし、神が光の中におられるように、私たちが光の中を歩むなら、互いに交わりを持ち、御子イエスの血によってあらゆる罪から清められます。

 

自分に罪がないと言うなら、自らを欺（あざむ）いており、真理は私たちの内にありません。

 

私たちが自分の罪を告白するなら、神は真実で正しい方ですから、その罪を赦し、あらゆる不正から清めてくださいます。

1 John 1.4-9

 We are writing these things so that our joy may be complete.

God Is Light
This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light and in him there is no darkness at all.

If we say that we have fellowship with him while we are walking in darkness, we lie and do not do what is true;

 

But if we walk in the light as he himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.

​

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he who is faithful and just will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

11．ゆるしが必要な時

When you need forgiveness
①ヨハネ 3：16
神は、その独り子〔イエス〕をお与えになったほどに、世を愛された。独（ひと）り子を信じる者が一人も滅びないで、永遠の命を得るためである。

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.

②Ⅰヨハネ 1：9
私たちが自分の罪を告白するなら、神は真実で正しい方ですから、その罪を赦し、あらゆる不正から〔私たちを〕清めてくださいます。

1 John 1.9
If we confess our sins, he who is faithful and just will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.　  he=God

③エフェソ 4：32
互いに親切で憐れみ深い者となり、神がキリストにおいてあなたがたを赦してくださったように、互いに赦し合いなさい。

Ephesians 4.32
And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ has forgiven you.

互いに耐え忍び、不満を抱くことがあっても、赦し合いなさい。主があなたがたを赦してくださったように、あなたがたも同じようにしなさい。

3 Colossians 3.13
Bear with one another and, if anyone has a complaint against another, forgive each other; just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.

12．祈りたい時

①ルカ 11：1～13
イエスはある所で祈っておられた。祈りが終わると、弟子の一人がイエスに、「主よ、ヨハネが弟子たちに教えたように、私たちにも祈りを教えてください」と言った。

 

そこで、イエスは言われた。「祈るときには、こう言いなさい。

  『父よ、 
　御名（みな）が聖とされますように。
　御国が来ますように。
　私たちに日ごとの糧を毎日お与えください。
　私たちの罪をお赦しください。
　私たちも自分に負い目のある人を
　　皆赦しますから。
　私たちを試みに遭（あ）わせないでください。』」

また、弟子たちに言われた。「あなたがたのうちの誰かに友達がいて、真夜中にその人のところに行き、次のように言ったとしよう。

 

『友よ、パンを三つ貸してください。友達が旅をして私のところに着いたのだが、何も出すものがないのです。』

すると、その人は家の中から答えるに違いない。『面倒をかけないでくれ。もう戸は閉めたし、子供たちも一緒に寝ている。起きて何かをあげることなどできない。』

 

しかし、言っておく。友達だからということで起きて与えてはくれないが、執拗に頼めば、起きて来て必要なものを与えれくれるだろう。

 

そこで、私は言っておく。

​

求めなさい。そうすれば、与えられる。探しなさい。そうすれば、見つかる。〔門を〕叩（たた）きなさい。そうすれば、開かれる。 誰でも求める者は受け、探す者は見つけ、〔門を〕叩く者には開かれる。

 

あなたがたの中に、魚を欲しがる子どもに、魚の代わりに蛇を与える父親がいるだろうか。 また、卵を欲しがるのに、さそりを与える父親がいるだろうか。

 

このように、あなたがたは悪い者でありながらも、自分の子どもには良い物を与えることを知っている。

まして天の父は、求める者に聖霊を与えてくださる。」

Luke 11.1-13

He was praying in a certain place, and after he had finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John taught his disciples.”

 He said to them, “When you pray, say: ’‘ ’

 “ ‘Father, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come.

 

 Give us each day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins, for we      ourselves forgive everyone indebted to us. And do not bring us to the time of trial.”

​

And he said to them, “Suppose one of you has a friend, and you go to him at midnight and say to him, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves of bread; for a friend of mine has arrived, and I have nothing to set before him.’

 

And he answers from within, ‘Do not bother me; the door has already been locked, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot get up and give you anything.’

 

I tell you, even though he will not get up and give him anything because he is his friend, at least because of his persistence he will get up and give him whatever he needs.

​

“So I say to you, Ask, and it will be given to you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you.

 

For everyone who asks receives, and everyone who searches finds, and for everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.

 

Is there anyone among you who, if your child asked for a fish, would give a snake instead of a fish? Or if the child asked for an egg, would give a scorpion?

 

If you, then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

②Ⅰヨハネ 5：14～15
何事でも神の御心に適うことを願うなら、神は聞てくださる。これこそ私たちが神に抱いている確信です。

 

私たちは、〔神が〕願い事を何でも聞いてくださると知れば、神に願ったことは、すでにかなえたと知るです。

1 John 5.14-15
And this is the boldness we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have obtained the requests made of him.
